Cut the crap girls: Eating plan

Hello ladies,

I was just wondering what you ladies are using as an eating plan. Are you just counting calories? following weight watchers? 

I just feel like me eating is not very good lately..  I think I may need more of a food plan.

  • I've just been counting calories and using myfitnesspal.com  (i think thats it anyway).  I've been eating 1,200 calories a day as it recommended for losing 2lbs a week.  I would like to go back to WW but money is tight right now.
  • I haven't really been following anything with much routine. I just try to eat better all around, to me it wasn't realistic to say I am going to not eat this, or that and on top of it I am going to journal/log/keep track of/count my food. I'm sorry I don't have that kind of time or structure in my days.

    This is a lifetime change for me, so I have to do what will work for me in the long run, and that is as simple as learning to say no to food when I've had enough and just being mindful of what is going in my mouth.
