I am in charge of party favors for my brothers and sisters' joint party. I need something that is super easy to make and geder neutral. they dont really have a theme. My mom got a popcorn and a cotton candy machine and some bouncies. I got carnival stripe goodie bags and some silly bands. I want something more than candy. If I have time, I am thinking of making cake pops.
Does anyone have any ideas? Doesnt have to me handmade.

I'm doing a circus theme for DS's birthday and in his gift bags I put bubbles, a water gun, stickers, crayons, and a blow horn that doesn't make noise, and 3 lollipops. I'm making them from 1 to 10 so I had to include a wide variety of things. In the 1 year old bags I put small bags of puffs.
What about small popcorn balls?
I bet the parents of the other children LOVE you for this! I know I would! HAHAHAHA!!!
Sorry, I don't have any ideas (this is not a demographic that I have experience with!) but I have to say that you and your mother are very very brave.
