What was the highlight of your summer? Our housewarming party. I loved showing off the house.
What was you favorite lunch to take to school as a kid? What's your favorite now? As a kid - salami and butter on white bread. Every. Day. Now - Mayo-less chicken salad. Or just salad.
Best part of back to school when you were in school? Getting all new school supplies. It sort of makes me sad I have no reason to buy them anymore!
Favorite year of school? Why? 4th grade - I had an amazing teacher and a lot of good friends in my class. Or freshman year of college - an awesome roommate, great classes and I met my husband!

What was the highlight of your summer? Probably my twin sisters wedding in late June - or mine and DH's second wedding anniversary!
What was you favorite lunch to take to school as a kid? hummm - good question, I can't really remember one - but I loooooooved buying french bread pizza. What's your favorite now? A really good, hearty salad with Newman's own light Aisan dressing
Best part of back to school when you were in school? Probably the new clothes I got to get before the year began
Favorite year of school? Why? Hummm. This is a tough one - maybe sophmore year of high school b/c I had the BEST teachers. Or maybe Senior year - b/c our entire class bonded as one and that provided A LOT of fun. Or any year in college!
What was the highlight of your summer? My trip back east, getting to spend loads of time with D, see DC and Boston, nestie time.

I dunno... we had whatever, sandwiches and stuff... it was a fun day if we got a treat like chips or cookies...
Best part of back to school when you were in school?
New clothes... other than Christmas/Birthday, it was the only time we got them. Now, it's buying school supplies... seeing those bins of supplies dirt cheap makes me smile!
Favorite year of school? Why?
Hmmm... Junior/Senior of HS because I started to come out of my shell and do stuff with friends, was pretty active and had fun... college was fun, too! 8th grade was fun b/c I had a lot of friends and a tight group.
What was the highlight of your summer? The 5 day vacation DH and I took near our anniversary to the same city we spent out honeymoon in.
What was you favorite lunch to take to school as a kid? What's your favorite now? As a kid: my mom almost always made me sandwiches for lunch so I got kind-of bored so I can't really think of a favourite: Now: salad.
Best part of back to school when you were in school? I guess all the new stuff. And the feeling of having a fresh start.
Favorite year of school? Why? I guess my second (and last) year of college. It was much easier than the first year, especially the second semester because I had a light course load. And I knew that I would be getting married only a few months after I graduated so that gave me energy to do well in school. And college was actually interesting some time!
What was you favorite lunch to take to school as a kid? What's your favorite now? Ham and cheese sandwich - yum! I like leftovers, but usually buy a salad with protein (tuna, ham, etc.) from the cafeteria.
Best part of back to school when you were in school? New clothes and notebooks!
Favorite year of school? Why? Maybe Fourth Grade. I felt like I was smart and had things under control. Then we combine in Middle School and those kids were WAY smarter!

What was the highlight of your summer? Darien's birth and all of the time I got to love on him :-)
What was you favorite lunch to take to school as a kid? What's your favorite now? When I was younger - Bologna with Ketchup, as I got older I loved when my mom packed Peanut butter and Marshmallow fluff sandwiches. Now - I don't normally take my lunch, but when I sub I take stuff to make a turkey/cheese sandwich, fruit, yogurt and something cookie or chip-like
Best part of back to school when you were in school? Getting the "your teacher is..." postcard and calling all of my friends
Favorite year of school? Why? 6th or 10th - I met my BFF in 6th, she moved to TN right before 8th (it was the worst year) and then moved back in 10th!
What was the highlight of your summer? Europe trip!!
What was you favorite lunch to take to school as a kid? What's your favorite now? At one point I only took ham and cheese sandwiches, then it was turkey and cheese. In high school I had a bagel almost every day. Now I pretty much take yogurt every day, but I also love leftovers or pb&J

Favorite year of school? Why? Either 8th grade or Senior year. 8th grade we were the "oldest" in middle school, and I had a blast on my sports teams that year. Senior year was senior year!Since today is back-to-school around here:

What was you favorite lunch to take to school as a kid? What's your favorite now? PB sandwich & fresh fruit. Now- Leftovers from dinner or w/e the hospital cafe special is. lol
Best part of back to school when you were in school? Going shopping w/ my aunt and out to lunch & a movie. We had all sorts of fun traditions with her!
Favorite year of school? Why? Other than college, my Junior year of HS. I had just transferred to a public HS & was loving every min of it! I loved my new friends, sports teams, and my classes.

junior and senior years.... Sooooo fun! I was driving, taking awesome classes, had a fantastic group of friends, and was involved in enjoyable activities. How could I not love every minute of it?
