first week back on WW and I lost 2.6 pounds.

What should I eat tonight to congratulate myself?  Chipotle?  Chili's?  Pizza?

    I do one blow out meal a week when I lose weight.  They give you weekly points and I just don't bother using or counting those - just eat one hugely bad meal and am good the rest of the week.

  • Yes, Chipotle! And if you do a salad bowl (depending on what you put on it), it may not be that bad.

    I say Mexican, all the way.  Enchiladas smothered in cheese and lots of guac... mmmm.

  • Now I want Mexican.

    And I did the same - was good all week and had one horrible day on the weekend. I lost 50 lbs that way so it works! I actually read an article that said that it's better to change things up instead of always eating the same amount of calories per day otherwise your metabolism gets too used to the reduced calories and you'll lose weight more slowly.

  • That is great!  I just re-joined today.

    I am not sure about my scale...maybe I should get a new one.  It isn't digital or anything so I feel like it isn't as good.  Although, the scales here are probably in stones...
