PSA (review?): Barilla Picolini Veggetable Pasta
Totally delicious and affordable! I get a variety pack at BJ's for essentially $1/pound (plus a few cents).
1/2 serving of vegetables in each serving of pasta-- and let's face it, my idea of a "serving" of pasta is 3 or 4 of the box's idea. So essentially, I get 1.5-2 servings of vegetables by eating pasta. That's without adding a sauce.
They're delicious-- don't taste like the vegetables that are in them, so I'm thinking picky kids and adults who don't like veggies will eat it.
