PSL's are not my fave either. I like the gingerbread latte's for spiced coffee but the mocha peppermints are my winter fave or the caramel apple cider.
Now candy corn is awesome. But for some reason it has to be in season. I had some in August leftover from my SIL's Yankee Candle Halloween party and it was waxy and tasteless.
I don't like PSL's either. Well, I've never had a PSL, but I don't like pumpkin and I can't imagine the flavor of it in coffee.
I can take or leave candy corn.
me neither! i'd say i'm meh on candy corn but pumpkin anything makes me gag a little.
I don't like PSLs either, but you won't hear me complaining cause when you're all drinking them, I'll be happily sipping my twelve thousand calorie caramel apple cider....
Candy corn, however, could be a deal breaker for me... though my birthday is a week before Halloween so fundamentally anything Halloween related is ingrained in me as a favorite. I had to refrain from buying candy corn yesterday as a matter of fact because I refuse to eat it before October 1.
Candy corn is gross.
For those who don't like pumpkin, there is no pumpkin in pumpkin spice lattes, just cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves (pumpkin pie spice mix). I put cinnamon in my coffee year round. So delicious.
i tried a PSL last year waiting to hear songs of angels from on high as it crossed my lips....they never sang. it was just sorta meh to me and certainly not something i would be excited about and counting down the days for....(i am with you though K on that carmel apple cider).
my husband loves candy corn though.i made a candy corn wreath last year and had to leave a few bags out over night to get stale and he kept eating them.
I don't like PSL's either. I got one last year after everyone raved about it, and I ended up throwing it away.
Candy corn, on the other hand, I love. I can't have that stuff arond me or I'll eat it until I feel sick, especially the Harvest Mix with the pumpkins.

i love cinnamon in my coffee year round (and like the cinnamon dolce syrup from starbucks) but the nutmeg and cloves not so much.
The thought of candy corn makes me want to hurl. I ate too much last year, including those stupid little candy pumpkins, and now it just makes me sick. This reminds me of my banana chip obsession/OD in Jr. High. 10 years passed before I could eat another banana chip. Yuck.
I do love me a PSL, though. Or any of the seasonal flavors. YUM.

Recently, I've been LOVING french press coffee. After my trip to Puerto Rico, I can't get enough espresso and french press. yum.
At Starbucks, I usually get tea. Boring.
And, as for candy corn, I'm not a lover or a hater. There are many other halloween candies I'd eat first. I'm more of an easter fan, with the Cadbury mini-eggs!

now see, i knew there was a reason i checked in on this board today. the candy corn post was beckoning me, come in, sing my praises, go to the store and buy me...NO, wait!!! it's still summer (technically, even though it's sooo not summer-like outside this week). can't eat those delicious morsels of corn syrup and yellow #5 until at least the official start of autumn. sigh, until then, a girl can just dream, right?
I do like candy corn in moderation, but I can't eat too much or my teeth hurt. I only like a specific type of candy corn though - Brach's autumn mix.
There's no chocolate in either. Why bother? Does not compute.
I do love the honeycrisps though so please don't take away my DC nestie card!

Strug, i don't like those things either. i think as long as we like honeycrisp apples or cookies we're still allowed to be DC Nesties, right?
Apples give me a tummy ache...

Thank you for giving me the courage to come forward...I too do not like PSL or candy corn. I am glad to know I am not the only one.
They make an amazing pie! I'd been on a quest for several years for the perfect pie apple, and found it in the honeycrisp!
