Where can I find a diposable cupcake box/container besides cake shops? I don't want to make a special trip into Houston just for one thing. I'm thinking grocery stores but I'm not sure. I tried HEB today and the plastic ones have the HEB logo on them, which they cannot sell.
Any ideas?
Re: Baker chicas, come here
Party city has cake boxes and I think they have the plastic reusable containers which keep cupcakes separated.
I make cupcakes for ds' birthday party each year and just use a regular cake box.
have you looked on amazon.com

If you're worried about them sliding in a cake box, do this, with a hot glue gun just spread the glue in a a zig zag pattern, not a lot but just enough to cover the bottom of the box, let cool and then place your cupcakes on top. The glue works as a rubber mat so the cupcakes do not move around.
Now if you don't have a hot glue gun, but have the liners for the cabinets, the rubber one's use that. It works too.
Good luck and I hope this makes sense to you, I did the hot glue technique a few weeks ago when I had to transport quite a few cupcakes.

YES! That!
Best idea ever! Of course, I love playing with hot glue.
