Flooring company rec's
I'm looking to rip out the carpet in our family and dining areas, and replace with Pergo-type flooring. I'd love "real" hardwood, but with 2 dogs, DH and I agreed the "fake" stuff will wear better. We're in Loudoun County, and would like someone to come out and measure, bring samples, etc. I'm aware Empire will do this, but has anyone worked with another company they'd like to recommend? Nothing against Empire, I'd just like more options.

We used Angel Flooring 2 years ago when we redid our entire main level. We live in MD and got Braz. Cherry but I think they do all types of flooring and will go to VA.
If you're at all on the fence about hardwood still - as you can see from my siggy, we have a rather destruct-O dog and we're scratch-free despite her best efforts.
I'll add a recommendation for Clawes Carpet. We used them for carpet only, but they were very pleasant to deal with and did great work.
