I have a job interview tomorrow for a job I REALLY want. I've been thinking about the usual questions that come in an interview and I think I've got them all covered, but one. I have a job, I work at a hotel. I am considered full time because I work more than 25 hours a week, but I do not get 40. I've been asked before in interviews about my plans for that job and I never know what to say. My boss knows that I graduated college and I'm looking for something full time in my degree. What is the best thing to say when they ask what you're planning to do with your current job? I am planning to leave, but my boss knows that.

Re: Job Interview Tomorrow
I think it's a given that you would give up your current job if you are looking for a new one. If the interview goes well, you may be asked when you are available to begin work. This is where you want to take into consideration your current boss, and reply with whatever is a reasonable time (2 weeks, a month, etc.)
New employers should always look favorably on your wish to "do right" by a current employer. If the timing doesn't work for them you may be able to work out a compromise.
Good luck!
