H and I just moved to CO from SoCal 2 weeks ago - he's working with the same company and I am looking for a job but right now just enjoying being a housewife
(i've already been bored so I know this can't last for long!)
Its good to 'see' you girls again ... i'll be around and more active hopefully
Re: Hi
Hows the transition to CO going? I can imagine its a big difference in weather. Being a housewife sounds fun, good luck on the job hunt

Hi! How do you like CO so far? I've been there twice and I found it pretty different from California.
I'm thinking of going back to being a housewife lol, although I know what you mean... you have to really go out of your way to keep busy and structured!
Where in Colorado?? I'm in Fort Collins.
DH moved here from Sacramento, CA ironically.
We are right near Littleton.
So far I am loving the area! It doesn't feel different at all from CA. It just feels like we live in a different home/area. I'm sure once it starts snowing it will feel way different though. I did get lost going tot he post office which was fairly entertaining at the time haha.
The housewife thing is enjoying sometimes and boring the other times. I don't know what to think of it. I keep telling H that I need a baby to which he responds that a baby is not a hobby haha!
One of the great misconceptions about Colorado is that it snows here ... It snows up in the mountains quite a bit, but not so much in the plains where all the people live. It'll snow like 5-6 days out of the year, and be melted by the next day.
Now when it snows, it really snows though. You'll get like a foot of snow in 1 day. But it'll be gone by the next day.
I was so disappointed when I found that out, I thought it was going to be snowing all the time here. But nope. We're technically one step above a desert in terms of climate.
