I sold my very first sewing machine yesterday. My parents bought it for me back in 2005. It didn't do anything fancy, just straight and zig-zag stitch. I learned so much with that machine, so selling it was bittersweet. The quilt on our bed was made at that machine.
The woman who bought it purchased it for her middle school-aged daughter so that she could learn to sew. Hopefully she enjoys it as much as I did.
