What did you bring to closing?
We have a USDA loan so we have no down payments and our seller is paying most of the closing costs with the remainder rolled into our mortgage so we do not need to bring any money. Besides the photo identification did you have to bring anything else?

Nope. I might have a checkbook in my purse, just in case.
