Happy Thursday all!
I went to pick up my orthotics last night and ran into my mom at the office! She'd had hers in for some adjustments. We ended up going to the mall to browse around a bit.
Tonight I'm going to another mall with Erin so she can drop off some resumes. And so I can get a new pair of shoes. Who am I kidding? I can't go to the mall without at least looking for something.

Raynes, I love any excuse to go to the mall, even if it is "window" shopping.
Well I am more than exhausted, Zach has 3 more molars trying to come through, and it was a LONG and miserable night. Seriously, this kid is a teething machine. I should just realize that if one starts popping through, that there has to be at least 2 more to quickly follow. I'm stopping tonight to get some teething relief for him. I feel so bad that he is in pain.
I also need to desperately get an oil change. I haven't gotten one since I bought the van in April, and lastnight the maintence required finally came on, so it's time. Ooops.

Last night I was so tired I ended up going to bed before 10pm and this morning I wake up still feeling sleepy. I don't seem to get the problem, the more I sleep the more tired I feel.
Anyways today I'm really excited about the "Camila" concert a good friend of mine and I are going to. This is one of our favorite Spanish bands.
Good morning! After an insanely busy two days, I'm so happy that the weekend's closer. I'm hoping today isn't that stressful, but I guess we'll see.
Last night I managed to get to the gym despite being tired, so that was good! Tonight I have a meeting with the senior editor of our little review website--they want me to join the senior editing team, so that's very cool. My latest review was accepted with little fuss, too, and I was told I had my pick of the winter book lineup. So I'm pretty happy on that front; and it's nice to get finished copies of the books from the publishers.

Today is my friday since I took off yesterday. I am also calling on monday to take Preston to the doctor for his shots.
I am going to do work and get ahead today since I won't be here for a couple of day. tonight I am going to decorate cupcakes for Preston's daycare. I am going to take him to daycare for 3 hours tomorrow so he can have cake and ice cream with his friends and I can clean.

Nothing too exciting here. I feel rather boring these days. Just another normal work day, I cannot wait to go to the chiropractor at lunch and get straightened out. I am in some pain this week!
Tonight, I don't think we have any plans but who knows. DH's BFF is going through a tough break up and may want to get together.

I am feeling a little better today. Hopefully I'll be back to 100% by this weekend. Last night Kyle and I watched the GOP debate. It was...um...interesting. There are several candidates who I just don't understand, yet they seem to be getting plenty of support.
Tonight I'll probably be running the errands that I was planning on running at lunch since my boss just asked me to watch a press conference over my lunch hour. Normally I wouldn't mind at all, but I have quite a few things that I need to get done before vacation next week. Oh well.

Hello ladies. This week is going by pretty fast for me and I was happy when I realized that it was already Thursday. Nothing much special on the plate today, just work and then dinner with a friend this evening.
Oooh, but we did book our trip to the Maldives last night! I can not wait until the end of January!

Good morning!
It feels like I haven't been on here forever. The past two weeks have been crazy and I came extremely close to quiting my job last week. I'm afraid to go into to much detail on here but in a nutshell by boss has zero respect for peoples personal lives and has been making some very offensive comments to/about me and and another coworker. Things have gotten a little better this week so I'm trying to ride it out and see what happens.
On top of my work problems Jason told me this weekend he wants to take a break from TTC. We've been trying since Feb/March with no luck (I think I've only O'd like once!) so I don't really want to waste time "taking a break."
Ok I'm done complaining! We're heading to the lake this weekend and I'm super excited to spend some time with my family and relax on the boat. Today is going to be really busy I have to work until 5:00, then go to the grocery store, make cookies and a salad for my work potluck tomorrow, and then pack all of our camping stuff. Whew, it's going to be a late night!
Morning ladies! It's been a crazy morning at work and not getting any better. I've had three different emergencies that have had me on the phone all morning. I hope the rest of the morning is a little easier. I need to go to the post office and didn't bring lunch so I'll likely pick up a Subway sandwich. If I have time I want to go see Olivia at lunch but we'll see how that goes.
After work we're going to see DH play softball. Their team is doing really well this season and we've only made it to one game so far. I'm excited to watch them play, especially since one of my brothers and a cousin play on the same team. Have a great day ladies!
Today was extremely hectic at work and it didn't leave me much time to get my work done. I'm so thankful that I'm off work until Monday now. I need some downtime and some me time.
Ugh...It is almost eight and I am just getting on to check things out. Blah.
Highlight of my day: One of my most difficult kids had a complete meltdown in the front office this morning (screaming, crying, curled up on the floor in the fetal position)...but managed to pull herself together and come down to class. She told our assistant principal it was because she wanted to come to my class. My assistant principal (who has worked with this girl for years in elementary school) said she has never seen this girl pull herself out of a meltdown. Hoping my connection with her stays positive and she can have a great year this year since she has never ever had a successful year at school.
