Sometimes taking a vacation day is not worth it
I only took one extra day off and I'm going nuts trying to catch up today!
How are you all doing today and what are you up to?

My day is so slow. I am super pissed because we got the BMAs back on our house and the relocation people are making us list for $10,000 less than we wanted to. The one realtor was an idiot and totally screwed up our number. I want to write a scathing email, but am too pissed right now for it to be conherent. He had a bad comb over and a sh!tty car. Grrr.
The relocation lady said she would call me in a "few minutes" about 3 hours ago. I am just in a mood and think I am going to go home and drink heavily. Plus, I miss my DH and this whole thing just sucks right now. Now he is going to want to just rent the house, which is a huge PITA in my opinion, rather than sell.
Sorry if I am rambling. The stress is getting to me. If I had any PTO days left at my current job, I would gladly take one.

What's a BMA?
I am like a zombie. I can't sleep anymore. I can't get comfortable, and when I do it lasts about 5 minutes until I have to pee. Every day I think "well I am so exhausted today I must be able to sleep tonight." Oh well.
Today I had lunch with a friend, and took DoggieCrushing out for a walk despite this rain. He is getting really bored because of this weather.
I finished up My So Called Life. It really made me miss the 90's. I really loved the clothes/hair everything back then.
I took out all my fall decorations. I am a little early, but I am thinking that if I waited until after the baby comes they may never get out.
You are getting sooooo close though! But I am really sorry you're not getting any rest; that completely sucks.
Thanks. BMA= Broker Market Anaylsis. I am not 100% sure what it is, but I know it is what they base your listing price and whatnot off of.
They look at all the the comparable houses that recently sold in your neighborhood, and come up with a price.
Our CMA from June was $5,000 more than our CMA from August. It stinks!
Ah, yes, comps. I had never heard it called a BMA before. I just had a realtor friend put one together for our house, mostly out of curiosity but with some desire to start looking around for a new place. It wasn't pretty, to put it mildly.
We had to have them because of the relocation and it being part of the package. I am going to ask for a third opinion and try to get the idiot's taken out.
I did have a big drink with a good girlfriend last night who let me vent, which made me feel 100% better.
