Since we are headed to Colorado next week, I was wondering if you could recommend some good restaurants we should try out around Denver or Boulder. Thanks! Big Smile

  • oh my gosh, there's likea 1000.  Boulder you definitely have to try Boulder Brewing Company (their buffalo burgers are to die for!) and the original Beau Jo's pizza is in Boulder.  Amazing pizza, has been on Man Vs Food.  So good.

Denver - depends on what part of town you're going to be in.  Downtown, I presume?  If so, you need to hit up Wynkoop Brewery.  Good beer, even better food.  It's right by Coors Field.  If you're looking for something nicer, the Chop House is a pretty amazing steakhouse.   Good fun bar and bar food, you need to hit up Celtic Tavern/Delaney's (connected) - great authentic Irish food and good beer to go with.

We aren't downtown much, that's about all I got.  Let me know if you're going to be in a different part of town, I might have more ideas.

  • oh, and if you're going to Boulder, you have to go to Pearl Street.  It's like a promenade/pedestrian mall type deal.  Good food all along the mall, excellent people watching.  Boulder in general is good for people watching.... but you'll also find fun shops and good restaurants all along there too.

  • Awesome! Thank you so much. I will be sure to let you know how everything was!
