Was it Pagas that had a contact for a broker she used for mortgage/refinancing? I can't remember. Can anyone help me find that post or rec where to start the process?
A little background in case someone else understands all this better than I do... we bought our house 3 years ago, put 20% down, but we have an interest rate over 6% and I think we really need to refinance now.
TIA!

Re: Refinancing?
we went through our bank because of my husband's business relationships there. i think bpaullo has a guy she uses a lot for her clients and people here have used.
i'd definitely look into refinancing. we refinanced after less than two years and our starting rate was lower than yours... i think you'll save enough money refinancing to justify the closing costs.
We have been in our house just over 4 years and we are refinancing right now. We are using Ahmad Steele.
