The Omaha library's new online catalog and reservation system SUCKS. It's a million times more frustrating, confusing and disorganized than the previous.

Apparently not! I logged in to see that I had 2 to pick up and when I got there I had 6 items. THe other 4 weren't even listed on my request page anymore although I had requested them at one time.
I hate how nothing is alphabetical either. Ugh.
Is there a place to give a revew of the new system!?
