Re: Ritzy!
Hey you!!
Thanks so much Maggie! I am getting excited, and I know I sound like a broken record but I honestly cannot believe how fast this pregnancy has flown by. I feel like my first pregnancy lasted forever, but I think having a countdown to an actual "end date" this time around is making it seem quicker too. I've resolved myself to the fact that every single one of the absurd things on my "to-do" list won't be getting done in the next 20-some days. So now I'm just focusing on the main things like getting clothes sorted/washed, getting the room ready, etc. I'm just excited to meet this little person!
Thanks for checking in on me and for the compliment. How is the new job working out for you?
Hey!
I'm glad to hear that the pregnancy is flying by! Pretty soon you'll have another little girl on your hands! So exciting!!!
The new job is going well, but I've literally only been there for like 3 days (mostly half days) so far... I am still on vacation this week. DH and I are sitting in the west mountains in Maine right now. We went whitewater rafting today! We were on a stretch of the Kennebec river that usually sees class 3 and 4 rapids, but with the amount of rain that they have had over the last week the damn that releases water was releasing double what they would normally release this time of year. Normally they release 4500 cubic feet/second and today they were releasing 9000 cubic feet per second (which is higher than the "high" scheduled releases for the year, at 8000cf/s)! The guides were all super excited, they only see these type of waves about 4 times per year. I was terrified, but it all went really well and we survived. We ordered pictures and are a little sore, but everyone stayed in the boat (despite the fact that it rained the entire trip) so we really have no complaints. It was definitely an awesome trip! We are leaving Maine and are starting to head back tomorrow. We'll probably end up somewhere in New York tomorrow night!
I'm glad to hear that everything is going well!!!!

Ooooh, I didn't realize you were still on vacation. How exciting!! How did your brother's wedding go? Did you like the dress you ended up wearing? How was the weather?
Yay for whitewater rafting!! It sounds so exciting, and... well..terrifying..all at the same time! Can't wait to see the pictures. You'll have to blow up those as well to go along with your bad-ass Warrior Dash picture.
