I did a "book report" on this new healthy eating book that I've been reading and following all summer - "The Beauty Detox." It's not like the "Master Cleanse" or a juice detox.
Tomorrow's post will be my 250th! I'm going to do an old school blog survey that I did in 2007 and 2006.
You found a pickle graphic?!?!?! I'm so excited!!!! Where did it come from? I now see the tinypic url from the "quote" section, but is it some picture from online or did you just find it on tinypic.com?
I have no blog updates this week... I'll definitely have a large upload when I get back in town this weekend! (and I promise it will be update worthy! so check it out!)

I went to Google images and typed in "Pickle Graphic" I believe. I think it was the first or second one to come up. Then I right clicked on the image and saved it. I think it was a .gif format. Then I went to tinypic and just uploaded that image. I've saved the code for my ease of posting, but obviously every time I try to share the actual code, it just comes across as the pickle. I'm thinking you could just right click on that pickle and do the same thing though.
