Officially Not Not Trying
DH and I had a long talk this weekend, and we decided that we are officially not not trying to get pregnant.
I stopped my BCP but we aren't going to start with OPK's or charting or anything yet. If we haven't gotten a BFP by the new year we will start that.
He seems really excited at the prospect of having little feet run around our new house (which BTW contracts were signed and we will close between October 17th and November 17th).
Fingers crossed that everything goes well, and that we are blessed with a little one!

Yay! If you do start charting I recommend www.fertilityfriend.com . Even if you don't chart there's a lot if useful info on there that makes you MUCH more aware of your cycle & signs of ovulation. There's so much more to it than I thought. I was under the impression tht if we have sex the 2 or three days before I ovulate & on the day I ovulate I'd get pregnant. WRONG! For some it is this easy & for others (the majority) it takes several cycles.
I also suggest that you go over to The Bump & go over to the Trying to get Pregnant board & click on the section in the upper right corner of the green heading that says "New to TTGP? Read This." It has a lot of great info. Also lurk a bit. They can be a tough bunch sometimes.
Good luck to you!
This is great info! Thank you!
This! so excited for you and your DH!!!
