The shower is for getting clean, not for getting dirty!
i'm going to pretend you didn't say that.
I am LOVING the results of this pole
BTW, I've totally peed in our shower, haha.
This exactly.

.
i care about the environment too.. but not enough to consider it another drain to release into, lol. i voted only if i have to, but i probably do it like 3x a year max.
exactly that.
great minds!
(p.s. do you guys see how close i am? just 100posts away... is an ask me anything in order???)
Yessssssssss! Are you up for it?
Hey, urine is sterile (typically).
I guess I can't wrap my head around why you would need to do this.
I mean in general isn't there toilet within 5' of the shower?
Laziness? Realizing you have to pee when you're already wet and in the shower?
This, exactly for me too.

Yes, if you're already wet and like mid shower, i would probably just go. but generally i get up in the morning, pee, weigh myself, get in the shower. so i guess i always make sure i pee before i get in.
Hmm.. guess I see two options if I'm already wet - 1) step out and go and risk getting the floor a bit wet or 2) speed up my dam shower.
So...then you waste 5-6 gallons of water to flush a little pee down the toilet as opposed to it rinsing down the bathdrain?
And as for "it's for getting clean," you don't have to pee on yourself! Plus, shower, not while in a BATH . And then of course, there's all the soap and shampoo that washes down after it.
Not saying I do it regularly, but I don't see the big deal.
yes, both good options.
kst- i see your point, but you also have the option of not flushing every time.. lol.

me either. also, it's not like, if you have to pee, it's the last thing you do before you get out. If I had to pee in the shower, I would definitely still get "clean" afterwards and wash my body. Also, the shower may be for getting clean, but you go in dirty anyway and wash all the dirt, grime and germs off your body to begin with. My H works in construction and is sometimes totally black on his arms/hands etc from work and all that gets washed down my shower everyday. I almost feel like that's worse than pee.
i don't flush every time...but that is only in *my* bathroom. i always flush guest toilets. i drink lots of water and pee just as often (even moreso now being ktfu), and my pee is very light, sometimes you can't tell i even went.
