Since we are talking car seats...
I need to find a good second car convertible seat. Blake rides in a Marathon in my car and a Safe Voyage in DH's truck and I have the enw Marathon for Kennedy ready for my car when she outgrows her carrier. But I saw that the Safe Voyage hasn't been manufactured recently so don't know what to get for kennedy's 2nd seat...they only ride in the truck probably 4-5 times per month...

Really the only convertible under $100 that is recommended is the Cosco Scenera. It is really bare bones though.
Otherwise, the Evenflo Triumph, My Ride and any Britax seat are good choices.
Both the My Ride and Roundabout 50 are on sale at Target for $100, which is a really good deal.
We had a Cosco Scenera as our "spare" before a tree smashed my car (and the seat). It was fine. Straps were kind of a PITA every once in a while, but no biggie.
We replaced it with a MyRide 65 and I like it much better. Bonus that it has cup holders (yes, sadly, this is what really sold me)!
We have the Cosco Serena for my parents car, but the weight max is low (Kaylee is over the weight max in 2 lbs).
I found our Safety First Air Protect seats with coupons and on sale at BRU for around $115. Just gotta shop for the right price!
