  • Work out a lot. You get the added benefit of endorphins from working out and I hate watching what I eat.

  • Definitely eat whatever I want and work out a lot. I love eating:)
  • Working out a lot... I love food too much to really limit what I could and could not eat.  I refuse to cut out sugar and butter from my diet.

  • Strictly watch what you eat and work out minimally.  I more or less do that now with WW, the watching what I'm eating, and with my schedule I rarely have time to exercise anyway.  And something's working because I'm still losing every week (AW: 15.4 lbs!) and I'm not about to change it up now, not yet anyway...

  • work out a lot.  That's what I'm working on now.  I'm not very good at restricting what I eat, I love food too much for that.  I'm trying to figure out how much I need to work out to be able to pretty much eat whatever I want.  We do generally eat pretty healthy though, it's not like I'm constantly scarfing down junk food though.  So it's been surprisingly easy (down 6.5 lbs so far!)

    This is what I have been doing, too.  I don't eat bad all the time... I just really like to treat myself daily. And like I said, I like to use real butter and real sugar when I cook.  Why sacrifice the flavor and the substitutes don't cut it for me.

    Granted, I'm BFing, but I'm down 15lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight and don't exercise daily.  I figure if I worked out daily for at least a hour, the pounds would drop quicker. Hopefully, when I stop BF, I can at least maintain my goal weight by keeping up the same work out routine. We shall see.

  • Work out a lot. I'm an extremely picky eater so I always have a tough time sticking to diets. I'd rather just eat what I want and then hit the gym to burn it off.

    This is me too. I can easily not eat certain things to avoid working out. But that's why I have no muscle tone haha
