How are we all doing today?
My j had to farm out work to tend to our basement. some roads by us were flooded. I am not complaining as so many people have it much much worse.
I am at work. fascinating stuff.....

not the best morning (heavy GWB traffic, driving tix, late ferry, missed bus connection), but it's afternoon now and things are looking up. yay- almost lunch time!
i spent 10 minutes on pinterest and my blood pressure came down considerably! lol!
ETA: is that the sun I see?!
my read shelf:
I got to work 15 min late because as I was going to bring the kids to daycare/school (it was supposed to be Connor's FIRST DAY of preschool)... they called and said the preschool floor (downstairs) was closed due to flooding... Connor had to stay home Paige's room was still open.
SO, scramble to make plans for that (DH stayed with Connor I drove Paige to school).... lots of traffic and flooding...
DH calls me as soon as I got to work - our basement flooded again! (it flooded during hurricane, and yesterday too)... and our ROAD IS CLOSED! so I left work after 20 minutes so that I wouldn't get stuck. He ran to pick up Paige so that no one was trapped if our road gets real bad.
We shall see...more rain coming later.

Been home all day, waiting for DH to get home so we can do something (mall for dinner and a walk??)
I watched Jack tear apart the upstairs while I held C. We napped but then he woke when she woke, so no break. I hear the lil monster again waking from 2nd nap.
