Poem Opinions?
I was taking a break from photo books for a couple minutes and I wrote this for Wyatt while he refused to take a nap... I think for his first birthday I'm going to put together a book of all the poems I've written to him throughout my pregnancy/his first year. I'm just wondering what you girls think 
If all the stars in the sky fell asleep
Would you lay still and not make a peep?
Probably not, because you?d what to know
Where do they sleep? Where do they go?
You?d stand in your crib, your eyes open wide
And stare out the window, into the sky
Looking for stars, and by the light of the moon
You?d find them falling, beginning to swoon
You?d call out for me with big tears in your eyes
?Mama, where do they go?? are your cries
I?d rock you and whisper ?in your sweet dreams my love?
?while you sleep they?ll be waiting in the sky up above?
And shortly thereafter you?d lower your lashes
slip into dream world, and as the time passes
I?d be waiting for you with sweet dreams in my head
Thankful that finally I too lay in bed
