Loan officer called..all approved!
Our awesome loan officer called and said the underwriter let her know all was approved and that she would getting back to us this afternoon with any conditions. Well it's 5:07 and she still hasn't. Ugh. I feel like everyday is more waiting! But at least we know we are approved. Yay! And she said we are ahead of schedule since we don't close until the 23rd.
