YEAH that's a bump! And a very cute one at that.
I must know this as well! Right now, I just look sick and slightly pudgy, am really looking forward to looking pregnant!

FYI-my bump kinda just grew slightly over time and now over the past couple weeks popped out significantly. It is much bigger than it was just a couple weeks ago.
