If your prone to frequent yeast infections don't use KY. It has sugar in it and if you put that near a vagina swarming with yeast it could produce a very unsatisfactory responce.
Try going to a porn store which they have several types of lubes which are water based or even silicone based which are much better than a sugar based lube plus they have various lubes which actually provide a good amount of stimulation whereas KY sort of provides a lukewarm feeling.
