Welcome Friday
I am glad this week is almost over. I mean for a short week this seems to be a very long one.
The hudmity finally broke here so I think I am taking the dogs to the beach on Sunday. As for Saturday, I will be watching college football. This weekend is always great fun because the H's team plays my team in football. So there is a lot of good natured smack talking between the two of us. This year we will have to do it via e-mail but never the less it has started.
What fun things is everyone else up to?

I'm glad the week is almost over, too. Even though it was a short week, it was super busy around here.
We had a game last night and, thanks to traffic, I didn't get home until close to 11:30...so I'm sleepy. Might need a Starbucks run at lunch. This weekend, I'll be getting my car fixed, heading to an "end of summer" pool party and cleaning. My mom has DS, so I have no excuse NOT to get everything done this weekend.
This weekend I'm having a Skype date with my best friend who lives in England and then I've got classes at the gym. Other than that I'll be cleaning and lazing around the house watching football. Without Allan around it's very quiet
We don't have any big plans for the weekend. Tonight DH's squadron is having a function for just the Marines. While that is going on, there will be a separate function for the spouses. So, I'll be going to the spouses function.
Other than that, this weekend will be pretty relaxed for us. We are going to continue to organize the house in preparation for our LO.
