I blew off my best friend this morning because I was too lazy to get out of the house 45 minutes before I normally do.
I feel like I'm on an emotional roller coaster with Allan gone. I'll be happy that I have the house to myself and can do whatever I want and then I'll be super upset because he's gone. It's exhausting.
I'm pissed off that one of my friends from high school moved back here from L.A. and doesn't even try to make the effort to hang out. She'd rather hang out with my ex-friend who seperated from her husband and put her 4 month old daughter up for adoption because she realized that it wasn't like playing house anymore.
Also, I hate how snide my mom is about how much I eat in a day. She gained a bunch of weight and is trying to lose it all and gets made at me because I barely eat like 1500 calories a day. I eat healthy and I eat until I'm not hungry anymore. But she's always really bitchy to me about it, and not in a concerned way. I've maintained a healthy weight and am fit as a freaking fiddle. Excuse me that I don't have to take diet pills because I eat healthy and exercise regularly, unlike her.
Rant over.
I ate my sandwich that was suppose to be for lunch at 10am. And now it is lunch time and I'm hungry again.
I'm thisclose to not ever telling my mother anything ever again. She has a major case of foot-in-mouthitis lately and it has not been anything nice. Ever.
I really want to tell my MIL off, but I'm holding back because I know it would stress H out even more than he is right now.
I really hate how I don't have anything in common with the women who live here. I don't care that they didn't go to college and that they had kids younger than I did, but it seems like I don't fit the qualifications to hang out with them.
I'm so crampy and have been having contractions for about four days now. Nothing timeable, of course. Just super painful and random. It's annoying, but I know it's just par for the course. I'm just glad she's sticking around in here, loads of women on my birth month board are already mom's and one even had her baby at like 27 weeks. I'm so thankful that I've not had scares like that.
Today is day 39 with no household goods. I WANT MY EFFING STUFF. Plus, my parents will be here late next week and I really want to show them my nice, put together house. It's super selfish, but my older brother is pretty much a loser when it comes to having his shiz together. He lives in a house my parents own, racks up tons of debt, always going out and partying, etc. My parents haven't seen me in my own place since college, and I want to show them how we've made our life and further prove that I'm not like my brother.
I'm sick of people telling me if I have anything less than a 3.5 GPA, don't even bother applying to nursing school. Excuse me, are you part of the board that makes the decision? I didn't think so.
I'm also sick of people asking me if I go to Emory University (a very expensive fancy school)...no ***, I go to community college is that a problem??
I am considering changing my name today and not telling anyone. Today has been a long string of people needing something from me. Geeze...I wanted a quite Friday to get ready for the weekend. I swear if this phone rings one more time I might toss it out of the window!!!!
I also have to say that I want to call Marry Maids to clean my house instead of doing it myself.
Awww... I am sorry. That is really sad.
This is really what put a HUGE damper on my wedding. About half of the people came that said they were going to come. It took me a long time to get over it.
Oh Brandie, I'm so sorry that happened! I'm really not sad about the people aspect (most who didn't show were H's coworkers [so, I'm sad for him about that, because he has yet to really mesh with any of them]), but I would have loved to use that extra money as a few extra car payments or something.
This made me think of the Friends episode where Phoebe changes her name to Princess Consuela Banana Hammock. I totally think you should do it!
I got selected for an internship at the beginning of the week, and now I think that I have to quit it. At least put it off for a semester or something. I am sad, because they do a lot of great things for the community, but I don't think that I am going to be able to be "all there" for what they need this semester. I need to get used to learning again first. This week seriously kicked my butt with classes and all the homework and reading. I forgot what it meant to be in college. *Sigh*
And with all of that, I am going to go broke because of the Starbucks on Campus. Pumpkin Spice Lattes are my crack. It takes every ounce of will I have to stay out of Starbucks right now. LOL.

I felt like I wasted money because people didn't show up too And ours was a DIY wedding, so I could of put half of the work in as well. We ended up throwing a ton of stuff away, it just felt wasteful. That is what upset me. The people I loved the most were there. It took me a long time to see that.
Haa that is great...I totally forgot about that!!! I am so going to do it for the rest of the day!!! haaaa
Then Mike changed his name to Crap Bag so maybe refer to your H as Crap Bag, too. That has to lift your mood! I crack up every time I think of that episode!

I really want pizza, even though the thought is making my stomach turn after my "fried foods hates you" episode yesterday.
I feel ridiculously unproductive today. I thought drinking a Mountain Dew would help get my energy up, but nope. I just want to take a nap.
I have an almost complete wardrobe of maternity uniforms.

Coworker impetuously paid a BYB big bucks to ship a dog from many states away. This dog wasn't even the same breed as what he'd been considering for weeks leading up to the impulse buy. Dog was 8 weeks old at the time.
I told him it wasn't a good idea for all these reasons, explained how potty training works, pup can only hold his bladder two-ish hours at that age, blah blah blah. I asked him this morning how it's going and he said he's exhausted. He said he didn't realize he'd have to get up so many times in the middle of the night to walk the puppy, so I told him, "I told you so. Don't you remember me telling you that?" He said he remembers, but he thought I was exaggerating.
I will continue to feel very "I told you so" for a day or two.
lol...this makes me think of how every time I browse through the clothing section at Target I'm always drawn to the maternity section for some reason..but not on purpose. I start picking out a bunch of clothes until I look up and see the giant red and white "MATERNITY" sign over my head. I get pissed and put it all back.
Hmm..confession..I am plotting the death of my neighbor's Pomeranian who decides only to bark after 9PM every night. The other night I yelled "SHUT UP!" out my bedroom window at 11PM (I'm not the first neighbor to yell at this stupid thing) and heard them finally let the dog in. Pretty sure they hate me. They leave this dog out ALL DAY LONG. I never understand people who have a dog only to completely ignore it 24/7.
Apparently my brother told my mom that SIL is super jealous that we bought a house before them. Umm yeh because we chose to be financially secure before you and maybe if you would stop trying to get pregnant with kids she is pregnant with the 4th) then you would be to.
My mom is coming to visit on Wednesday!!! I am so excited.
Ojo- We have a crib and we don't have kids yet.
The Dogs and Us
OMG. I do this too. Target has the cutest maternity stuff and at my closest one that section is pretty much integrated in the normal women's clothes. I'll just be browsing, see something I love that will look really flattering on me, then am crushed when I discover it's maternity. It's not my fault I look good in empire waist shirts and dresses!

Some times I wish there was a choice of paths that I could chose to take!! There are so many things I want to do Career wise, but between being a wife and a Mother, full time job, and student, its hard to escape across the state for 10 months for a Police Academy. With my husbands crazy schedule, who would watch our son?? UGH!! I wish we were closer to my family!!
I cant stand that my MIL has decided NOT to be in our lives then turns around and adds my husband and his best friend (who she hasn't seen in like 13 years)on facebook, but wont add me. But my SIL reports to her every thing that goes on in our lives!! I dont want her to know any thing!
We also have that ANNOYING neighbor dog who is left out side ALL DAY LONG!! barking and driving every one nuts... I wish i would call animal control, but his owner is really nice!
E, I feel the same way about my neighbors evil barking rats (aka 3 chihuahuas and 1 pom) They NEVER shut up and then they get my dog barking after a while too. The stupid things get out and chase kids down the street when they are walking home from school too! Its insane! I took them back one day last week and the neighbors didn't even realize they had gotten out (and they were IN the front yard).
Confession: I am having crazy baby fever, and DH is only halfway through this deployment. Probably good because we want to really reintegrate and save up some money before we TTC.

Ughhh...why is it always the little rat dogs that do all the barking?! It is like nails on a chalkboard to me. And they are barking at NOTHING, LITERALLY NOTHING! Well, except probably wanting to get inside the house..I mean, how do the owners stand listening to it? And yes, same thing happened to my husband the other day..the little dog got loose in the street and he managed to catch it and when the wife answered the door and he told her what happened she was just like "Oh..."..no thank you, nothing. Next time we'll just let the thing get lost.
