TGIF! What do you have going on this weekend? What are you looking forward to the most?
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

Re: Weekend plans?
We have a wedding tomorrow afternoon. I am NOT looking forward to being dressed up and sitting outside in 90 degree weather :-/ But I am very much looking forward to seeing these two get married - they are high school sweethearts we went to school with, from our same group of friends, and they've been together forever. They carpooled with my H and I to our senior prom
and now both couples will be married... Awww....
Sunday, we're invited to dinner at our friends' house and I'm looking forward to it. She is an amazing cook.
Other than that, I have nothing planned so I hope to get some things done around the house and just relax. It's been another rough week at work and I need some downtime.
Tomorrow-Birthday Party!! I can not wait.
Sunday-4 mile run and then watch some football!
We are going to a wedding tomorrow in San Luis Obispo. I can't wait to leave work today and get out of town!
Sunday, we will hopefully get to watch part of the Niners game because I really can't stand listening to it on the radio.
OH! i can't wait to see how everything turned out. take lot's of pictures!
so excited for this weekend!
we're celebrating our anniversary this weekend (it's the 13th ..holla A!!) tonite we're headed to the improv to see gabriel iglesias, then tomorrow morning we're headed...somewhere..i'm not sure where. it's a surprise. just for the night..then we'll be back sunday evening.
DH is taking Kyva camping Saturday night, leaving around noon on Saturday and getting back in the early afternoon on Sunday. As much as I'd love to go with them, I am REALLY looking forward to having 24 entire hours to myself in an empty house. I'm planning to paint our office/guest room and sand/prime/possibly paint a huge bookshelf that will go in there, catch up on some school stuff, and maybe go see a movie or something.
We have a birthday party on Sunday afternoon and might try to visit some friends in that area afterwards.
Will do. I will post some tonight as we are putting the final touches on the party.
We have friends arriving tomorrow night (from the Bay Area, actually) to stay with us for a few days. While we both love having people visit and stay, I'm glad these will be the last guests for a little while. There have been a parade of people through our place lately and I'm a bit worn out.
So we'll be spending most of the weekend hanging out with them doing touristy stuff, eating, etc.Well, the days are all the same when you're unemployed. I really don't like to do much on the wknds because everyone else is out so it's crowded/trafficy everywhere. I was hoping we could go to the beach today for just a little bit. Or maybe out for lunch. We'll see what DH feels like and he still can't be up for too long.
Update: DH wants to go to the beach tomorrow.
It will be a short jaunt over but that will be nice.
2nd Update: Well, it's raining now so unless that lets up, DH won't want to go outside. Then I hope it would be not raining tomorrow so we could go.

Tomorrow-10.5 mile run in the morning and no plans tomorrow night. Hang with DH since our work schedules/commutes make us passing ships in the night during the week.
Sunday-soccer game, watch football, laundry/get ready for the work week.
Low key weekend which is fine with me! The next few are pretty busy!
Not much here and that makes me so happy!
Farmers market tomorrow, hopefully go see The Help because we didn't get to last weekend. Maybe work some more on painting my desk. Dinner with friends at an Indian restaurant Sunday evening.
I went to school in San Luis Obispo! I love it there.
Today I'm going to the Gilroy outlets (yessssss) and then doing lots of lesson planning and other prep work. Tomorrow is church and the weekend theater arts school I teach at, and probably more prep.
