As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Kind of funny
Leaving the gym this morning, I walked by a guy in the parking lot who was on his way in and he said, "Wow, you're here early." I just smiled and kept walking, but thought to myself, "Does he recognize me from usually being here in the afternoon? What a creep!" Then, after a minute I realized that it was 6am and he was probably just thinking that if I was leaving at 6, I must've gotten there really early. I'm an idiot.

I got to the gym by 5:30 every day Tues-Fri this week and did 30ish minutes of cardio, so I could leave by 6, get home, and get ready for work. It's still new, so I'm trying to figure out how to get arms and abs workouts in there without getting up any earlier. We'll see.
