Any aspiring interior decorators out there? I'm trying to figure out how to place the furniture in the room that will be our nursery. There are kind of 2 options, here is the first:
Looking in from bedroom door:

Turning left from door (we have this really strange deep shelf to accommodate our front entry way that is kind of useless space. The closet is also super deep)

From closet looking to opposite wall:

Once I get the furniture placed I can start adding my other touches. The tissue poms you see sitting on the change pad along with some paper lanterns will hang somewhere. I also have a paper butterfly mobile from Etsy (http://www.etsy.com/listing/65269855/design-your-own-mobile-kit-diy-great) that I think I'd like to hang over the change table, or maybe the crib. White wall flowers (like this: http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/umbra-wallflower-white-wall-dcor-by-red-candy--mydeco.com) and am going to do a picture frame collage on a wall (if this furniture arrangement, it would probably go above change table.
I don't know if the crib being against that "ledge" is a good idea. The other option would be for the crib to be where the change table is, change table under the window, and chair in the corner by the ledge.
Re: Help me with furniture arrangement in nursery (PIP heavy)
I think I'd put the crib on the wall where you have the changing table now, maybe make the ledge area the nursing nook and the changing table under the window? Or the changing table in the ledge/nook, and I don't know where I'd put the chair then. Maybe play around with it and see how you like it best and what is functional for you. Everything looks adorable though! I love all the decorations!

This. I'm jealous of your closet! Our house is old and our closets are wee!

That's our plan! Our house was a show home and they had this room set up as a kids room and had a mattress up there with a ladder to it and a bunch of toys and we thought that a kid would just LOVE it!
That is a cute idea for the nook being a bed area, but temporarily you could put some shelving up and have it be a built-in bookshelf?
I would definately put the crib on the wall where the changing table is, and I would put the changing table under the window, and the glider in the corner where the nook is.
