Baptism update - love my FIL!
V and I have pretty much planned the baptism for the smaller guest list of our immediate families & close cousins (after MIL said that was fine).
ILs are at my house today and MIL is again arguing that we should invite all of her extended family. She says, "But my cousin J invited us... and cousin S invited us..."
FIL steps in: "Cousin J invited us to HIS SON'S first communion. Cousin S invited us to HER DAUGHTER'S first communion. We need to let V and A make the decision for THEIR CHILD'S baptism."
The arguing continues. But I love him for that!

It will be on October 8th, Thanksgiving weekend.
She kept saying, her relationship with her relatives will be ruined if they're not invited, and she doesn't want to be cut off from them because of this. I can't believe that she couldn't recognize that she was only talking about "Me, me, ME" throughout this conversation.
