We closed!!
Well, My H closed. I wasn't there since I had to fly back to La (the home is in Pa). I'm excited and I can't wait until I can see the house in Oct. I haven't seen it since I looked at it in June. We were hoping to close on the home on Sept 6 but the seller decided she wasn't ready to move out, therefore, H couldn't close until yesterday. I didn't have to be there because everything was in H's name since I am a grad student and I didn't have income to be considered. Overall, the process was good. I just wanted to share the good news and good luck to everyone else buying and selling.
