Tue: Beef Stroganoff & steamed broc
Wed: Short Rib Quesadillas (with the left overs)
Thu: I'm out, DH & C will probably have hot dogs
Fri: Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops & sauteed cabbage
S- BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, watermelon
M- pork chops, rice pilaf, asparagus
T- shredded beef tacos, spanish rice
W- Italian sausage, pasta with squash and zucchini
Th- cabbage soup and grilled cheese
F- chicken gyros, cucumber and tomato salad
S- ? maybe out
How do you make yours? I think we would like it, but I've never attempted to saute cabbage and I'm only going to have one shot at getting everyone to like it.
In no particular order:
roast chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, carrots
shrimp fajitas
chicken kebobs, greek cucumber salad
caprese panini, fruit salad
leftovers and out the other nights
Sun: Baked pork chops with potato and onion.
Mon: Baked fish, sauteed zucchini.
Tue: Shrimp & orzo.
Wed: Red beans and rice from the freezer
Thu: Veggie soup, grilled cheese.
Fri: Out for date night.
Mon- breaded pork chops, brussel sprouts, rice pilad
Tues- Greek chicken (crock pot recipe), orzo and sauteed spinach
Wed- Fri: no idea yet. going shopping in the morning
