So we just got the call today that the lienholder and bank accepted our offer.! I have all these emotions running through me right now... not to mention DS's birthday is Saturday and DHs parents and younger brother are flying in Friday night. Which is great bc I actually love the IL's more than my parents.

my currently-reading shelf:
We are moving from Everett. We have 1 son. We have a 3 yr old terrier mix that we had to leave back in MO when we moved, but she is in good hands and the In-Laws lover her. My husband and I's 2 year anniversary is in Dec. We were transferred up here for DH's job a year and a half ago. I'm kind of quiet so I haven't made friends up here yet...
AND as far as the buying a house, I'm still freaking out. We have our inspection on Wednesday and our lender told us that the date they set is pushing it but they are going to try to be done by then. But we still have to let our landlord know when we will be out.
