Soulja Boy hates our military
?F**k the FBI and f**k all the Army troops. Fighting for what b*tch, be your own man."
Soulja Boy can officially be added to the list of ignorant rappers!
He then goes on to apologize saying "As an artist, I let my words get the best of me." REALLY what a lame excuse? You had PLENTY of time to rethink what you were saying before the song was released, idiot.
Re: Soulja Boy hates our military
I'd like to put a boot in his @ss. Seriously.
Well, he also likes to Superman his ho-es, so what type of respectful human being were you expecting?
I'm surprised that no one on his label told him that he might want to consider changing up that lyric before it was released. Then again, I bet someone did. He probably just gave them the finger.
No one will know his name in 5 years.
lollll
He was a 1 hit wonder anyway
Agreed. I just can't get myself worked up over this. There are way more important people who hate our military, and I'll focus on them.
his name is soulja...sounds a lot like soldier. smart move.
I'd be very surprised if someone DID tell him not to do this. Doing this gets him attention, which equals Internet hits and possible sales. Otherwise nobody would've paid any attention to him. MH played the video for me because he was outraged by him, and the guy is just a terrible rapper (and I've never liked rap but I can at least give someone some respect if they're talented). He can't get by on his talent, so he has to get attention for controversy.
And dollars to doughnuts says he personally has nothing against the military and that he's going to come out with an apologetic statement saying that it was taken out of context somehow. Again, getting attention for himself that he wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
