Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. If I have to be at work, I wish my computer would not have a mind of it's own and I wish I had a slushie. I think a slushie would make me really really happy right now.

...please keep the copier filled with farking paper. I had to fill not one but two empty trays a few minutes ago. And don't use it as a printer b/c you are too lazy to WALK to the actual printer that is about 5-feet-farther from your desk.

let me open an envelope that arrives in the mail and contains the winning powerball ticket. Let me do this while I am sipping on a pumpkin spice latte and eating a huge juicy rare-ish hamburger. Neither of those things have calories by the way.

I would like it to be 10 degrees warmer in here and I would like a window in my office. While I would love to wear sweats every day, constantly wearing an elastic waistband made me gain weight to easily, so I will stick with my jeans.
And I would like some popcorn.

I got sucked into this the other weekend! I like how they're good stories - not I won millions of dollars and my kids got coked up and are now homeless junkies. But it does make you think you could win. I told K we're going to start playing when it gets really big. But we probably won't b/c I'm work with stats and I know just how unlikely it is. I'm a killjoy.
I told J we're going to buy a ticket because it's 91 million and another is over 200 something million so heck why not? Even though I know there's no way we'd ever win anything.
