What all would you like to do/accomplish for the remainder of your life? We will assume you had 3 months to live.

Travel, spend time with family and take a TON of pictures.
ETA: and eat all of the food I try to avoid.
ETA: I'd finally take my trip to Africa (maybe throw in Italy & Greece) and spend the rest of the time with family.
Travel to Europe with DH, he's never been. Travel to NYC with DH. Take DD to several amusement parks. Learn how to sew. If I could get an extension to 6-7 months, that would be great, then I could have this baby first. Read several books that I haven't gotten around to.
Realistically, we need to get a will set up and lay out a plan for who would take care of DD.

You have three months to live and you'd sleep? I honestly didn't think I would find anything in this thread that would be odd/surprising, but that one got an eyebrow raise.
Haha. Yeah, I missed that. I also found it funny that Pookie wanted to learn how to sew. Only because, well, she's not really going to get to use that skill. I kind of get it. The sleeping a lot, I do not.
ETA: Oooh...if it's 3 months from NOW throw in Oktoberfest w/DH in Germany. I'd love to experience that with him.
Well, I just don't want to die not knowing how to make something cute with my sewing machine that I got for my wedding that I've never used.

I can see taking the time to learn to do something you'd always wanted to do. And then you could churn out like 50 dresses in different sizes and a veil for Vivis wedding. lol
I think I'd spend maybe 2 weeks travelling to Europe/Africa/Australia.. Like just a quick "yep, seen it." fly-by. lol Then I'd probably spend time in places around the US with friends/family I never take the time to visit for another 2 weeks. The next two months DH and I would live in a hotel in NJ and I would spend as much time with DH, my parents, my aunt/uncle/cousins/kiddos as humanly possible. I would drink nothing but energy drinks and never sleep, and I'd eat primarily ice cream and gelato.
I think it's safe to say that we'd all die 50 lbs heavier.
Yeah, this is where I am too. If H could take a leave of absence from work, I'd move us into my parents' house with the dogs for three months. We'd play board games every night, watch Arrested Development, drink wine and eat anything.
