I really like having an IUD, I can't use a lot of other birth control due to it interacts with another issue, but the IUD is a low and targeted enough dose that it helps control cramps and other symptoms for me (I also have endometriosis) without the side effects.
My Gyn told me that if I took it out I would have no issue getting preggers if I chose as well.
Is this something you would do after the baby? I thought she told me she did some right after birth (I could be lying) I also have heard it could be a bit uncomfortable doing it without having had a kid, or being under anesthesia for another reason (that was me - I was having another procedure at the time), but it is not unbearable.

Re: *P.J.* (that means Preggo Jenn)
yes, i've heard it's good for right after baby, but we won't be getting one until at least after our second, if not third.
KST, i plan on having 26-tuplets on my second pregnancy.

t- I was reading that IUDs can cause severe hair loss, weight gain and abdominal pains. Have you experienced any of this?
Also, I read that if you have it inserted before having kids there's a slightly higher chance of expulsion. Did you have any problems with it?
I upped my workout routine since I got it so I have lost weight but I swear my hips are maybe an inch or so bigger (Or I am totally crazy!). I have not had any issues with abdominal pain or hair loss either. It has stayed very well in place so far as well.
TY!
