Not sure if this has been discussed, but holy plastic surgery (can't believe they're denying it...there's no way that is natural growth)....what did she do to herself??

This. She may have had lip injections, but otherwise, I think she just looks like she is battling an eating disorder.
This was my thought, too.

This! What a shame.
Her skin color looks so different, which is strange. Her face is also significantly wider. I don't know if that's due to the weight loss or surgery. Her cheekbones also appear more defined and larger.
