Chiropractor Recommendations...
In need of someone in the North or East metro (roseville, Shoreview, WBL, Hugo, AH, preferably), and not one that actually cracks your neck because that freaks me out. If they do anything but actually physically cracking my neck or other joints that would be awesome!!!
Thanks!
Re: Chiropractor Recommendations...
Hmm... I think any good chiropractor would have to "crack" your neck if it needed cracking. It's really not bad, and it feels much better afterward. That said, I think really good chiropractors take the time to relax your body before any "cracking" so that it has the maximum benefit.
My favorite chiro in the cities is Complete Chiropractic. I have a permanent neck injury, and Dr. Diane was the first chiropractor to get the pain to go away. They have an assistant massage your neck and back before the chiropractor comes in - very helpful. Everyone there is really nice, too.
Here's their website: http://www.completechirohealth.com/
I used to go to a Chiropractor who didn't do any cracking he mostly did adjustments via pressure point, and some sort of trigger point device...I went to one that did the cracking and I really just can't do that, they never relaxed me though so maybe that wasn't the right situation.
I have a vertebre that is out in my neck, initially I thought it was just a knot but my massage person said it most certainly was not, so while at the fair I had a 2nd opinion when they had a chiropractic clinic there doing massage's one day, and she said it was out, and that she felt it was muscle related, because she could feel it move when I talked so it might have to do with my TMJ issues or something completely different.
Thanks for the recommendation!

My DH has been going to Olson Bro's for about a year now. I just started going there and fully understand the LOVE DH has been expressing about them! I would have started them sooner, but I was working in the west metro, thankfully I am over in the east metro now.
I am also PG, they have been very accommodating with my growing bump and have truly made us feel at home in the office. I have been to a few other chiro's before and they are BY FAR the hands downs BEST I have ever been to! They tell me what they are about to do every step of the way, and reassure I am comfortable and feeling great though out my adjustment. I am not sure about the "no cracking" since they do cracking in my adjustments. I would simply tell them your discomfort about that and they will help you either by doing something different, or you will feel comfortable enough with them that you will have them try it again. You are for sure relaxed enough, I almost fall asleep when I get adjusted, and walk out on cloud nine!!
If you do go, tell them Jamie and Josh sent you!
also feel free to PM me if you have any questions. AND good luck! I really hope you find someone to heal you.
Thanks for this recommendation, its literally 3 blocks from my work so I could bop over there during lunch or before/after work pretty easily!
