I know this is a subject that a lot of people feel uncomfortable with. My family lost my cousin's 14 yr old son to suicide last year. It is a pain that no family should ever have to feel.
In the US, 18 veterans commit suicide every day. That's one every 80 minutes. We all need to educate our selves on suicide prevention. Last week was National Suicide Prevention Week. I didn't have the chance to post this last week, so I am passing it on now. Please take the time to read the following link and pass it onto others.

Re: Suicide prevention
Please do. So many SMs think their leadership and people under them will look down at them for seeking mental health help. They don't realize that there are other out there suffering, too. They don't have to suffer alone.
Thanks for posting this
I lost my husband, an airman, 4 years ago to suicide. We also lost an airman to suicide on my last deployment to Afghanistan.
It's a completely unnecessay loss. I pray that anyone who feels like they are having problems will go and talk to somebody, ANYBODY about it, and realize that there is a way out.
I'm so sorry for your loss ::hugs::
TX - Thanks for posting this. One of my friends is the chairwoman of the Boston "Out of the Darkness" walk to raise awareness about suicide prevention. She really helped me realize how much more we all could be doing to help people who feel they have no way out.
Photo bomb, yeah!
Oh goodness, I am so sorry for your loss.
Great info, thank you for posting TX.
