**Nighttime Nesties**
Anyone around tonight? DH got called to go out of town for the week, so I'm hanging out by myself this evening. I'm just watching TV. Anyone doing anything exciting?

I am here, I just got done eating the taco bake that everyone raves about on here and it was just as good as everyone says and I even made it with whole wheat pasta!! Now I am hiding in our room in hopes that my H will clean up!!
Anything good TV? For some reason I just can't get into anything on TV lately..
This just made me LOL!
I just sat down after rushing around after work. I went to weight watchers, dinner at Applebee's with my parents, GFS to get these pretzel buns me and DH are obsessed with and a couple other stores before coming home to get lunches packed and the coffee pot set for tomorrow morning!
TV sucks lately! I can't wait for some of my shows to start back up!!!

I agree that there isn't really anything good on, but I've been out of town and away from the TV for about 2 weeks. I'm just catching up on a few shows (mostly just junk tv...)
I have been eating tacos for the past three days! Good thing I like tacos!
I put a whole chicken in the crockpot today and then DH called to tell me he was headed out of town for a few days. I ended up just stipping the chicken of all of the meat, then put the bones back in the crockpot with some water. Hopefully I can get some nice stock out of it. I made risotto with some of the chicken. I'll probably be eating chicken for days. I'll have to come up with a few more recipes to use up all of the chicken!

We eat taco's at least twice a week and that is by choice, I love tacos too!!!
Very smart thing to do with the chicken, I would have never thought to do that to try and make stock with it!!
I love love love tacos. I make awesome fish tacos! These were turkey tacos and they were pretty delicious! We probably have them once a week! I love them because they can be so healthy and DH doesn't even know it!
Whole chickens were on sale at Kroger this week, so I got a 6 pound turkey for like $4.50. I just cooked it all in the crock pot today, and I pulled out everything I wanted to eat, then the rest of it went back into the crock pot and I filled it with water! It is super easy. I can freeze the stock and use it for soups and stuff this winter! Super easy and cheap!
