Cricut / freezer paper trouble
I've made several freezer paper onesies with great success. Yesterday I tried to finish a few and the paper kept tearing. I changed my blade and realized I needed a new mat too. Fast forward to today. New mat, new blade. When I cut the smaller stuff the paper is now tearing. Mostly when there is an e or a or o... Something with a small piece inside. I've cut the same font and size before with no trouble. Right now it is blade depth 3, (any lower and it's not cuttig all the way through) speed 2 pressure 3. Any tips or suggestions?
Thanks!
Our little hippo was as impatient as mom!
Hoping for a full 40 weeks!!
Re: Cricut / freezer paper trouble
Hmmm is your blade's arrow lined up with the line where the arm opens?
Try re-adjusting your blade (take it out and push the piece down so the blade pops up and let it re-settle).
Speed 2 should be slow enough but maybe bump it down?
