So, girls...how did your team(s) do???
I, of course, am jumping with joy over the serious brass knuckle beat down my Ravens put on the Steelers! Yes, it is a long season, and yes, they will most likely never lose like that to us again...but for real? Don't care about all of that :-) Woo hoo!!
This team has had our number forever...it felt good to not only win...but win BIG! Happy Monday, indeed. Now, as long as there is no "big game let down" next week against the Titans...
And Cindy: How 'bout them Lions???

April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
I WAS SO EXCITED FOR THE LIONS!!! Well, actually, up until the clock actually said "Final" I was pissy because I still expect us to blow the game every chance we get..and we almost did thanks to a STUPID penalty at the end from our O Lineman. I am also SO glad that we have a coach that is still pissed even after we won! It was a sloppy game, and they could have done that much better. Schwarz knows that cannot happen again, or we WILL lose! Stafford scared the crap out of me...twice...with his limping, but it was just cramps so I'm okay (oh, and he is too-haha).
I wanted to see a little more from our front four, and our DBs are still HORRENDOUS!!! Tackle by wrapping up and driving your body through your opponent...NOT by jumping towards them and hoping the force of your shoulder hitting their legs will knock them over. Ugh.
It was quite the interesting day yesterday! I was shocked to see the Steelers go down the way they did...BUT when they get frustrated it seems to all spiral down!
I was glad to see the Viqueens lose yesterday..only team in the central. Should be a fun year to watch them end up in last place!
I'm hoping someone will be able to keep up with the scores on their phone next weekend at Brunch!

If the Pats and Broncos win tonight, I win $$$ Of course, I can't root for the Pats, but I guess I won't be terribly disappointed if they win and I win $$ :P

I was about to wet my pants for a little while, because we dominated the game only for TB to come back in the end. Luckily we managed to eke out the 7 point win and I'm on top of the world. I was getting worried for awhile!!
Not so great for my 2nd home team (the Steelers) who got a bonafide butt kicking by Stacy's Ravens, or my favorite non-home team the Saints who were close but not close enough.
I'm sorry. Let them be horrendous for one more week (that would be this week when they play our Lions at home), then win all the rest of their games. :-)
By the way, I'm so glad the Jets pulled off a win against Dallas. I can't stand that dang womanizing Romo. Take that.
You were not alone. It was a pretty pitiful performance yesterday. Hopefully Jackson & Bradford will be ok to play again next week.
I'm with Holly, waitin' on my Pats to do a repeat of last years MNF squish! Funny to think I watched that game while riding cross country on a tractor trailer. I hope I get to watch some of it tonight... it will be Milo's first time wearing his Pats shirt -- yay!!!
And Cindy, lol, for me Jets-Cowboys is a tough call... would want them both to lose! But I am okay if the Jets win, as long as it's not against the Pats again... man, these NY teams are killing me... not helping me feel un-homesick, lol!

LOL Kiki it's all good. Not a Jets fan am I, but I just can't stand Romo so any team who plays the Cowboys is a team I will root for. The Pack though, eh, not so sure. That's probably a game I won't even watch; despite Charles Woodson being a Michigan guy...
DH hates any Florida team so he's rooting for the Pats right now...
