Hey girls,
I've decided I'm ready to move. I've been needing to for a while but have just wanted some stability so I stayed here but as you all know I have two dogs... and no yard. While we've made it work with the dog park and the dog beach and my girls are really healthy, it's wearing on me. So, I'm starting my search to rent a two bedroom house with a yard, which in SoCal is very hard to find within a reasonable budget. Just for example, a two bedroom apartment would probably run anywhere from $1300-1600... so a place with a yard, I'm hoping for less than 1600 and a decent size yard.
Anyway, needing some good vibes and all that to find the right place where I'll be happy for at least a year.... 
I'm going to look at a place today.... def in the higher end of my budget but close to the beach... crossing my fingers.
