As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Recommendations for Book Keeper
Sorry I have been MIA, with my dad's health and flying to Colorado last week for my grandma's funeral I have been without the nest for awhile. I did miss all of the rain/flooding though 
I am HOA President and we think that things might be ending with our property management company so we are looking for someone to basically pay the very few bills our HOA has and collect HOA fees from the residents (there are only 12 of us) 4xa year. We had our secretary do it for years but she had a baby and no one else really wants to deal with it anymore. So I am guessing we should just find a book keeper? Or is there some other person I should be looking for?
