I sold my desktop computer to a CL buyer over the weekend. The computer is a few years old but it's in good working condition. The lady who bought it was nice and one of the better CL-ers I've dealt with. She bought the computer for her 4 year old.
Last night she emails me to say she can't get it to connect to the internet and did we remove something she needs for the internet and can my husband walk her through how to set it up. I'm not even going to ask DH because he won't do it and really its not our responsibility. I started an email back to tell her that we didn't remove anything and...I don't know what to tell her about why she can't get it to hook up to the internet because I don't know.
How would you deal with this?

Re: WWYD re Craigs List sale
does she know how to connect to internet?
if that's how she asked you about it, it seems like maybe she doesn't know how to connect.
